1. General

This website, products, and services are provided by Global Goose Languages, LLC, located in Acworth, GA.

By purchasing or using any products or services, you agree to abide by these terms.

 

2. Products and Digital Downloads

Intellectual property rights, including designs, PDFs, and digital content, remain the property of Global Goose Languages, LLC. Customers may not copy, share, or redistribute content without permission. Digital downloads include specific information in the Terms of Use page found within each file.

All sales are final. Please review the Refund Policy for information regarding refunds for defective or missing items.

 

3. Classes and Tutoring Services

All classes and tutoring services are subject to the Class & Tutoring Refund / Cancellation Policy.

Students and parents agree to follow instructions, attend scheduled lessons, and not record or share class content without permission.

Teachers may cancel or reschedule classes as outlined in the policy.

Students who enroll in long-term courses may withdraw at any time by providing at least three weeks' written notice. Refunds or credits for early withdrawal will be pro-rated based on unused sessions and will follow the same rules as outlined in our refund policy.

 

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due before classes or tutoring begins. Failure to pay may result in cancellation or suspension of services.

Prices for physical products and digital downloads are subject to change without notice; however, orders placed are charged at the price at checkout.

Prices for classes and tutoring are updated each March to go into effect in June of the same year.

 

5. Limitations of Liability

Global Goose Languages is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Missed lessons due to student technical issues or no-shows

Shipping or delivery delays

Loss or corruption of digital files

In no event shall liability exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

 

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information for purchases and class registration.

You agree to use our services responsibly and ethically.

Sharing login information, copying materials, or disruptive behavior in classes may result in termination of access without refund.

 

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

In the event of a dispute, please contact support first at Summer@globalgooselanguages.com.

If unresolved, disputes may be handled through mediation or arbitration before any legal action.

 

8. Changes to Terms

Global Goose Languages, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.
