Refund Policy (Products)

By using this website and purchasing our products or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

 

This policy applies only to purchases of physical products and digital downloads from our shop. Classes, tutoring, and educational services are governed by a separate policy, which you can find here.

 

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to wrong size or color selection, buyer’s remorse, or ordering errors. We do not accept returns due to fit issues; please refer to the sizing charts provided to ensure that your item will fit properly.

 

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you. 

Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • a clear photo of the defect (including packaging if relevant)

  • a brief description of the issue

 

Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund, but we encourage you to contact us so we can review your situation.

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather. If a package is marked “delivered” but not received, please first check with your local carrier.

 

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded. Refunds may be offered only if:

  • The file is corrupted or inaccessible

  • The wrong file was delivered

Contact us within 7 days of purchase for replacement or review.


 

All products are considered final sale. We encourage communication. If something goes wrong, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
