When you submit, if you selected self pay, checkout will open to pay the initial fees. Both the completed registration form and the initial payment (or confirmed third-party payment arrangement) are required to secure your student’s seat in the class.
For self pay: Today you will pay a registration fee of $50 and a materials fee of $20 to complete registration. We will also collect the first tuition payment today. There will be a total of 9 monthly tuition payments, or 2 semester tuition payments, depending on the chosen payment plan.
Class Description:
The German language is a wonderful language that requires study, dedication and work to master. In our class, we will blend both the study of the German language and the cultural connections between the five German-speaking countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Italy.
We will study elements of the Present, Past and Future tenses.
Students will study the nominative, accusative and dative cases, proper subject-verb agreement, adjective endings, interogatives, main and subordinate clauses, modal verbs, word order, and reflexive verbs.
Topics and vocabulary will feature family, school, food, music, numbers, hobbies, colors, animals, and more.
A $20 materials fee will cover resources that will be supplied by the teacher.
In addition, students are asked to purchase the following two grammar workbooks, which they will take with them into German 2 as well.
