Class Description:
American Sign Language II builds on foundational skills acquired in ASL I, with an emphasis on expanding vocabulary, refining grammatical structures, and increasing both expressive and receptive fluency. Students engage in more complex conversations, practice storytelling, and develop greater confidence in real-world communication. The course deepens understanding of ASL syntax, non-manual markers, and spatial usage while introducing more nuanced topics and dialogues.
